है ये मंज़र दोस्तों मेरे देश की अनोखी कहानी

ये कैसा देश है भारत हमारा...

Until the beautiful garden turns into deadly land

The people are busy in their deep slumber 'd'

रात को जागना अब आदत सी हो गयी है 

'd' her eyes have stolen all the sleep

staying awake at night has become a habit now

इस देश का नहीं है अब कोई भविष्य...

नहीं है अब इस देश का कोई वर्तमान

नहीं है अब इस देश का कोई भविष्य 

था कल जितना आक्रोश शहीदों के दिल में 

आज का भारत बेचैन गहरी निंद्रा में है मस्त 

लूट रहे हैं देश को आज देश के ही भ्रष्ट नेता 

जिसे लूट रहा था कभी २०० साल तक अंग्रेज़

नहीं है किसी को फुर्सत अपनी ज़िन्दगी से ऐ दोस्तों

कल जो होगा देखा जायेगा, कल जो होगा देखा जायेगा 

जब रोज मर्रा की ज़िन्दगी सताएगी तुम्हे भी कभी

तब चादर ओड़कर लम्बे सो जाना तुम भी दोस्तों

अंग्रेजो ने तो लूटा था देश को २०० साल तक 

अभी तो ६४ ही साल हुए हैं, सो लो और थोडा 

नहीं है अब इस देश का कोई वर्तमान...

नहीं है अब इस देश का कोई भविष्य...

Today’s India is restlessly sleeping in total blissful state

The nation is being looted today by corrupt politicians

For 200 years the British were looting once

No one really cares in everyday busy life dear friends

We will see when tomorrow comes, We will see when tomorrow comes

When everyday life will start haunting you too

Then pull over a bed sheet and sleep tight dear friends

The British looted the nation for 200 years

Only 64 years has passed so sleep well for some more time

There is certainly no present of this nation any more
